As part of the CRM Ops team at Miele X, the CRM Customer Lifecycle Manager is responsible for increasing the acquisition, purchase frequency, average order value, and retention by automating Customer Lifecycle Management across all our channels.
This role will analyze customer behavior/data and create customer-specific campaigns along the different lifecycle stages and enhance the Customer lifetime value of our customers.
Your responsibilities
- Analyze the customer lifecycle stages and identify the needs and requirements for an enhanced customer experience that drives sales.
- Responsible for setting up new automation and journeys to develop the value of our customers.
- Ensure all the different lifecycle stages offer a seamless transition to the following lifecycle stage.
- Driving customer lifetime value through improving the customer experience.
- Work closely with the Data and Analytics, eCommerce, IT, marketing departments, service providers, and agencies.
Your profile
- Min 3 years experience working with/for CRM agencies or CRM departments.
- Proven know-how in Marketing Automation Tools and customer lifecycle management.
- Profound understanding of and experience in an eCommerce environment.
- Data-driven mindset, sharp analytical and the ability to drive sales by focusing on the most valuable journey steps with good priority-setting with excellent execution skills.
- Experience and comfortable working in multicultural and international environments and fluent in English (written and spoken).
