The Content Strategist helps to create and manage a rich content world at Miele’s web shops of premium home appliances. This role will be the voice for our web shop and take it to the next level. It takes creativity, excellent writing ability, to produce and publish relevant content. The Content Strategist is responsible to deliver user-centric content based on data analysis and consumer insights. This role collaborates with eCommerce and other internal teams across the complete global organization to accelerate content optimization programs and processes with target to create premium onsite content experiences.

Your responsibilities
- Drive and manage the content for onsite campaign landing pages and different parts of the Miele webshops like homepage, category pages, PLPs/PDPs, postsales pages and manage content, drive content programs to improve the content structure and processes.
- Target the specific audiences and meet company objective, KPI’s for performance marketing and the Webshop. Draw conclusions based on analytic reports and KPIs. Implement with premium execution capabilities.
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams closely with marketing, UX and frontend development to ensure technical alignment, best-in-class-performance and consistence, in order to deliver a simple and smooth user experience.
- Supporting the onsite SEO best practices to write creative and original copy that includes effective keyword placement.
- Ensure the quality of content, always in alignment with a creative mindset and with the user on top of mind, and constantly discover new customer needs and identify business opportunities by continuous research. Improve internal workflows and processes related to the roadmap and backlog.
Your profile
- Foundational experience working for a premium brand in consumer or FMCG industry, market and (premium) consumer behavior knowledge.
- Strong technical knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), content processes and content technical structure. PIM experience is highly appreciated.
- Strong communication and organization skills with a hands-on, problem-solving attitude and experienced in agile ways of working as well as being an assertive team-player with project management skills, an international mindset, and fluent in business English (business level).
- Experienced in Content Creation and managing e-Commerce or brand websites. Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company's brand identity.
- Ideally university degree in Communication or a similar experience within a related field.
