As part of the CRM Ops team at Miele X, the CRM Marketing Automation B2B/Professional Manager is responsible for impacting marketing automation, segmentation, and journey building for Miele´s B2B and Professional customers. The role will focus on the new marketing automation tool that has to be implemented to enhance direct communication channels, especially e-mail communication.
In this role, you will ensure that the requirements of the departments are recorded, the needed data is specified, and a new marketing automation tool is rolled out in our markets. The CRM Marketing Automation Manager B2B/Professional Manager works closely with internal departments like Business Units, Data, Governance & Analytics, eCommerce, the local branches, CRM agencies, and Miele’s subject-matter experts.
Your responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for the B2B/professional departments and other stakeholders for all topics related to marketing automation and direct communication channels like a newsletter, direct mail, etc.
- Responsible for all relevant use cases and requirements are recorded and transferred into data needed to realize the use cases.
- Work on introducing a new marketing automation tool globally to enhance communication with retailers and professional institutes.
- Consulting of the countries and central B2B / professional departments in best practices regarding marketing automation.
- Analyses based on relevant KPIs, derivation of optimization potentials, and processing of analytical questions in the CRM context.
Your profile
- Min 3 years experience working with/for CRM agencies or CRM departments.
- Proven know-how in Marketing Automation Tools and the segmentation, journey building, and execution.
- Profound understanding of and experience in an eCommerce environment.
- Data-driven mindset and the ability to understand data needs and requirements in a Marketing Automation con-text with strong execution skills, deadline-focused with good at priority setting.
- Experience and comfortable working in multicultural and international environments and fluent in English (written and spoken).
