The CRO Specialist is part of a team of professionals in the role of CRO experts. The objective of the role is to facilitate the experimentation process within the organization to ultimately provide valuable insights for and from experimentation in online customer/consumer behavior within the Miele organization. Your goal is to ensure we improve our testing program’s testing velocity and success rate.
With your help, the company is led to a state of making data-driven decisions to improve the product and optimize the user journey on our Miele web applications. You are the driver for a shared product vision and work with the team on continuous delivery. In this cross-functional role, your initial focus will be on setting up, managing, and reporting on our A/B experiments.
Your responsibilities
- Execute the optimization strategy on Miele’s digital platforms. Be the ambassador of driving awareness about data-driven decision making and thus the value of running experimentations.
- Facilitating the experimentation process within a cross-functional team, participating in one or more eCommerce Product Teams.
- Set up and run AB tests based on data-driven hypothesis. Analyse the test results to share the learnings within the organization.
- Team up with our product managers to identify the biggest opportunities for growth, identify our key metrics and directly affect the prioritization of the experimentation roadmap.
- Creating synergy within the entire organization by striving for optimal performance, connections and mutual commitment between individual business units.
- Be the first point of contact for user experience analysis by using Google Analytics and PowerBI dashboards.
- Provide input on the overall experimentation priorities, tactics and strategy based on your expertise and learnings.
- Proactively find opportunities to optimize product experiences and drive user adoption & engagement.
- Adapt in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.

Your profile
- You have at least 2-3 years working experience as Web Analyst, Business Analyst, Conversion Optimization Specialist, Product Analyst or similar areas.
- You have been working together with product and different IT departments.
- You know how to assist them with insights from Google Analytics and help stakeholders to optimize their products for web applications.
- Conversion optimization is not just a Buzzword for you, therefore you have a good understanding of what it means to work with web analytics and the various A/B testing possibilities.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools + an understanding of statistics.
- Applicable knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS/Java to be able to set up A/B tests using Google Optimize.
- Being able to do in-depth analyses, for example, performance analysis about the different steps in the funnel.
- Scrum framework is not a foreign language to you.
