In this role, you will ensure that Miele worldwide creates a best-in-class customer engagement experience fully aligned with what Miele stands for and unified across the world, both in digital and offline touchpoints in the strategic customer engagement fields (countries and internal stakeholders). The Customer Engagement Strategist (CES) works closely with the CRM team, Data team, Voice of the Customer team, Brand team, Market Research team, and other internal stakeholders. The CES knows about the possibilities of state-of-the-art Customer Engagement technologies and connects these dots to put internal systems to the best individual use, to reach the highest possible customer engagement levels.
