The head of channel management (Amazon) is driving marketplace and consumer insights, measurable results and fast-forward innovation to advocate the Miele brand identity and sales presence at Amazon. Main tasks include leading the development of growth strategies and reactive initiatives to drive top-line sales, customer acquisition and traffic through the Amazon vendor and Amazon advertising platforms – This role collaborates with Marketing and eCommerce-Teams across the complete global organization to accelerate the benefit of growth initiatives and optimization programs, and continuously reports insights, learnings and developments, thanks to deep analytical mindset and experience.
