As Head of Digital Experience and Sales you elevate the Business of Miele international Webshops by creating engaging content and onsite campaigns & promotions within your team. Drive the business by increasing visitors, optimize conversion rates to accelerate user engagement across all onsite touchpoints. A key responsibility will be to ensure that the carefully planned roadmap will be executed with operational excellence on a global scale. Analyzing and deriving insights from data to understand the customer’s journey and needs to build strategic and tactical changes to Webshops that scales the KPI’s of Miele website internationally.
