The Head of Social Media is the voice of the business and is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring Miele’s Social Media strategy and execution in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase the overall social media impact with its team. The role is focusing on creating best in class campaigns to accelerate user engagement across all digital touchpoints with a strong focus on upper funnel performance and analytics.
A central and global management tool supports the team with all performance driven activities and optimizations.
