The Head of Value Added Services team is responsible to drive the business development for new eCommerce tools and services within Miele’s web shops globally. This role is responsible to accelerate the adoption of relevant tools (ie Ratings & Reviews and Product Advisor) and owns the full product life cycle with target to create additional revenue streams with ongoing improvements. Creating strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners is key for the role. The analysis of eCommerce future trends, data, and consumer insights will shape the development of the strategic roadmap for the tools and related services for the current and the next years for the new created team. The role reports directly to eCommerce Sales Director and the ideal candidate is an eCommerce expert, collaborator, team leader with deep understanding of eCommerce functions (preferably D2C).
