The Management Assistant Operations position is a key function within Miele X’ strategic operations team. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Operations, the candidate supports Miele’s global digital hub in the fast-paced built-up of the organization and manages all administrative and organizational duties for the Miele X Core team as well as project oriented tasks for the Strategic Operations team and HR. The role owns and oversees key company processes and allows the Strategic operations team and HR to scale and regain their most important resource: time! Previous experience in an agile start-up environment and strong international relationship skills are preferred assets.
