The Request Manager is responsible for improving & managing the request management process for the eCommerce shops. Miele has a large stakeholder landscape with business owners throughout 50 countries and within Miele X and the head office. To safeguard that the product managers have focus on their committed roadmaps Miele X is looking for a request manager to be the first point of contact for new requests to assess both the technical and business feasibility in alignment with the subject-matter experts. Furthermore, this role supports on cross product team processes to improve effectiveness.
