As Scrum Master, you take the lead to establish a mindset of business agility. You help the Miele X eCommerce team to understand agile methodologies, processes and ceremonies and ensure that they are properly implemented and continuously improved. Your goal is to develop self-organised and high-performing teams. Working closely together with the product development and digital marketing team. This role is crucial to implement our vision to set up highly motivated teams & spirit to deliver value to the customers.
Your responsibilities
- Teaching and introducing agile values, methodologies and techniques (like conduct Scrum ceremonies, create and maintain artifacts such as user stories, backlog, etc.).
- Supporting & Coaching the self-organizing teams and the crucial roles like Product Owner, Development. Creating platforms for complex solution and decision-making.
- Developing and visualizing key performance indicators to determine team efficiency and deriving measures for continuous optimization.
- Methodical support of the requirements process; from identification to realization.
- Design and implement processes including collection, prioritization and management of country demands in close exchange with marketing, product, and development teams.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed a degree in one of the following subjects: Computer science, mathematics, (economic) psychology, cultural or social sciences, business studies or a comparable subject.
- 5+ years professional experience as Scrum Master. Advanced Management experience and strong leadership, project management, organizational and networking skills with joy in a customer / client-facing role and the challenge of growing worldwide business.
- Good knowledge of agile approaches, methodologies and frameworks such as SAFe, Kanban, LeSS, Design Thinking or DevOps, etc. Relevant certifications are welcome. Practical experience in using agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, VersionOne or Rally.
- Passionate about driving meaningful and sustainable organisational change. Start-up mentality and the agile mindset are in your blood - because trial and error, customer focus, flat hierarchies and innovation are a matter of course for you.
