The senior HR consultant delivers day to day operational HR services for Miele X and implements global HR processes from Corporate. Ensures the build up of Miele X according to organizational Blue Print. Acts as Business Partner to the Managing Director. Streamlines and implements consistent HR processes and best practices in all HR fields (Recruiting, Onboarding, Employer Branding, Comp&Ben, Talent Management, etc…).
With support of HR Miele NL build the new Miele X organization from HR perspective and take all necessary actions, e.g. implement the Miele X spirit and Miele company culture, ensure proper communication (internal & external), install best HR practices, partner with Senior Leaders to staff key positions with best internal candidates (Talent Mgmt) and external candidates and create a strong Employer Branding.
