The Senior Knowledge Manager is responsible to collect, document and produce knowledge for the Miele X internal Skillbook, a Confluence-based Knowledge Database. Understanding business and development needs of a global organization this position creates and manages self-contained how-tos, cases and training content for different level of knowledge and experiences.
The role is responsible for documenting campaign setups and results, marketing & eCommerce measures and building a vibrant and up-to-date environment of valuable information and inspirational insights and examples.
Your responsibilities
- Work on Miele X digital marketing, eCommerce, Data, Analytics, Legal and HR knowledge base – produce knowledge with best in class talent.
- Implement and operate online training content in English in collaboration with HQ training teams.
- Design and develop editorial plans. Optimize content and formats for intuitive learning, knowledge sharing and democratization of information.
- Run analytics and reports to continuously optimize the content, the UX and keep user active on the platform.
- Partner with internal colleagues and external experts, collaborate with local markets and business units to ensure the highest quality content in a structured and easy to handle environment.
Your profile
- Ideally university degree in business studies, major in marketing / eCommerece management and other relevant fields. 5+ years of professional experience in knowledge management and production.
- Strong communication and organization skills with a hands-on attitude, experienced in agile ways of working.
- Background in training and personal development business, ideally certified trainer with excellent and fluent business English; communication skills in German are a plus.
- Understanding of complex information, campaigns and technologies. Able to transform these informations into snackable and valuable learning contents.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-boarder teams – Willingness to perform and take responsibility, reliable and a confident appearance.
- Creative, ambitious and pragmatic mindset when challenged with a variety of tasks and topics.
