The Senior Usability Specialist is responsible for providing digital customer insights and research on online shopping behaviour. They will be part of the Digital UX/UI team whose mission is to create a premium brand digital shopping experience.
Through conducting design thinking workshops, usability tests, customer surveys, and customer interviews they will provide customer behaviour insights which enables the Ecommerce team to create the best customer-centric shopping experience.
The ideal candidate is an advocate for the user and evangelises customer-centric insights to Ecommerce team. They have in-depth customer behaviour knowledge, is up to date on latest tools and research methods and can turn qualitative and quantitative data into insights
