Miele X is growing fast and because of that we are looking for a Social Listening Manager. As part of the social media team at Miele X, the Social Listening Manager is responsible for impacting the way we listen and understand the needs of our customers worldwide. This role will be a strategic and proactive function that is always scouting for the voice of our customers on the various social media channels globally. The Social Listening Manager will define the listening strategy with bespoke queries, then analyze online conversations through Brandwatch (or similar tool) and thereby generate structured insights for various internal stakeholders enabling the organization to take the right actions and improvements to forever better fulfill the needs of our customers. The Social Listening Manager works closely with internal departments like other Miele Countries, Business Units, PR-Department, and Miele’s subject-matter experts.
