The Social Media Content Manager at Miele X is focusing on supporting Miele’s growth agenda by accelerating user engagement and contextual content across our relevant social media platforms. By driving and implementing the social media strategy, this role communicates the brand identity to consumers. Being the link to the consumers and the market enables the identification of future growth opportunities, drives the overall brand performance and manages the sentiment within the engagement.
Your responsibilities
- Implement and manage the best in class global social media Content for Miele by continuously driving innovative advertising strategies.
- Create and align all activities on various social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Continuous research on current social media and online trends to identify relevant trends and content topics for Miele.
- Build and manage a network with influencers to execute campaigns and create the attention needed; ongoing specification of the “digital” consumer target group for social media.
- Manage an up-to-date vendor list of high-quality partners (e.g. social media platforms, social media analytics experts and agencies); track and report channel KPIs.
Your profile
- Foundational experience working for a premium brand in consumer or FMCG industry, market and (premium) consumer behavior knowledge.
- Strong communication and organization skills with a hands-on attitude and experienced in agile ways of working as well as an assertive team-player with project management skills, international mindset and excellent communication in English.
- Major experience in developing, creating and executing international key strategic Social Media Content.
- Creative mindset with the user on top of the mind and premium execution capabilities.
- Optionally university degree in business studies, major in marketing / digital brand management and other relevant fields.
