JOB OVERVIEW
Join us as our first Sr. CRM Specialist – build the future of B2B CRM for Miele Professional.
As part of the Miele Professional team at Miele X, the Sr. CRM Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation and direct sales conversion through performance-led lifecycle campaigns. In this newly created role, you’ll be laying the foundation for CRM excellence – building the function from the ground up and shaping its direction based on your vision and expertise. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact across multiple markets worldwide.
You’ll lead our CRM initiatives - identifying growth opportunities and managing email and automation campaigns aimed at activating, converting, and retaining B2B customers. You’ll own performance across CRM KPIs, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion, and retention, and bring a test-and-learn mindset to everything you do. You’ll help shape the data infrastructure and privacy standards that underpin our CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
You’ll work closely with Legal and Data Engineering to ensure customer data is stored, accessed, and used correctly. You will collaborate closely with local marketing teams to gain deep market and customer insights and support their local CRM activities. On a cross-functional level, you’ll work with other members of the central digital marketing team along with Regional Marketing, Brand Marketing, and IT.
Are you passionate about turning customer data into personalized, high-converting CRM campaigns? Have you worked across multiple markets in a regional or a global role? And are you excited to work in a culturally diverse team?
