Your mission

The goal of the Digital B2B Content Delivery Manager is to enhance the online B2B presence through strategic content management and optimization. A key focus is improving efficiency by leveraging automated distribution through our digital tools. In this role you work closely with internal teams, including Brand & Marketing, Knowledge team and Market representatives, to drive efficiency and maximize the impact of digital B2B operations. The primary goal is to maintain brand consistency across retailer by ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and utilizing available tools in close alignment with local Miele teams.

Your day-to-day job

  • Guiding and collaborating with markets to test and launch tool initiatives while building a scalable framework for expansion to other countries.
  • Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, legal requisites and company strategies.
  • Optimizing B2B content by serving as the main point of contact for content strategies and operations while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and company objectives.
  • Enhancing content enablement and data flows by improving the sharing of optimized content with resellers through the central Miele Product Cockpit (PIM) and content syndication tools.
  • Developing strong relationships with our knowledge, marketing, and local Teams to drive projects effectively and on time while serving as the first point of contact for markets, advocating for, and ensuring the effective use of existing tools.
  • Coordinating workshops and training sessions for local Miele teams while maintaining the content on skillbook to ensure markets stay informed and up to date.
  • Continuously reporting insights, learnings, and developments to stakeholders.
  • Driving innovation by staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

We are looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in eCommerce, preferably with managing Pure Player, Shopping Platforms and/or Marketplaces.
  • Experienced in content creation and managing eCommerce or brand websites.
  • Foundational experience working for a premium brand in the consumer or FMCG industry, market and (premium) consumer behavior knowledge.
  • Advanced communication skills and an ability to read in English
  • Ideally, knowledge of the Amazon Vendor Central platform, Content Performance tools and Google Analytics.
