The Director of Data & Global Digital Analytics is the point of contact for all Miele X and Miele Group stakeholders regarding data-driven decisions on digital touchpoints deriving from the business side. The director drives the data-driven culture, and is responsible for shaping and growing the data & analytics team.
The role oversees the collection, management, handling and storage of digital generated data across the global organization – under full quality and privacy compliance. The director is responsible for analysing and deriving insights from this data to enable decisions on the lowest possible level
in a self-responsible way for our digital departments, such as digital marketing and eCommerce.
