Miele X is growing fast and because of that we are looking for an eCommerce Business Manager! As a new member, you are going to be part of the eCommerce Business Management team. In this team, you will contribute to the delivery of larger cross departmental initiatives that help realize the overall eCommerce goals and strategy. You will make sure that there is a clear business view and ensure a solid end to end business cases is in place. The role will research the customer value propositions, the overall business impact, define the success metrics and breaks down into work packages that will enable the product team and other eCommerce enabling teams to improve the customer experience. You will report into the Head of eCommerce Business Management.
