The Head of Operations is a key function within Miele X’ eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Data and IT departments. Reporting to the Managing Director, the candidate supports the leadership team of Miele’s global digital hub in the fast-paced built-up of the organization and the establishment of key processes. The role owns and improves company operating cadence and establishes/manages effective processes from idea to execution in the organization to drive fast results. The Head of Operations allows the executives to scale and gives them back their most important resource: time!
