The Senior Design Manager plays a key role in driving the customer journey and front-end experience of the Miele digital platforms. They will ensure quality by providing design direction, and mentorship to the design team. And will ensure smooth UX planning from discovery to delivery. They will be part of the Digital UX/UI team whose mission is to create a premium digital shopping experience that converts and creates loyal customers.
We are looking for a UX/UI advocate and is passionate about creating experiences that provide both brand engagement and seamless shopping. They have experience managing design teams and their workflows. They are proactive and can give guidance in day-to-day design decision making.
