Providing hospitality to ensuring everything’s well-maintained. Event planning, managing and running a series of memorable events. All to create an environment where you can deliver your best.
Meet some of the team members
Tanja
HR Director
With her roots in the Balkan, Tanja was born in the Netherlands where she grew up. After studying Human Resources, she has worked in HR for the last 20 years in mostly international organisations, in a variety of industries. She joined Miele X in September 2020 and has created the Miele X HR organisation, now leading a team dedicated to building the organisation, including establishing and implementing HR processes and best practices in all HR fields.
Lycon
Facility Manager
Having been born and raised in Curaçao, Lycon moved to Amsterdam to study for a degree in International Finance. After graduation, he gained experience as an events organiser and hospitality expert across a range of different industries, before joining Miele X as a Facility Manager.
Mariya
HR Generalist
Originally from Ukraine, Mariya’s experienced life in Slovakia, Belgium and the Netherlands. After working in executive recruitment in Ukraine, she moved to the Netherlands to work as an HR contractor, including at Miele X. She enjoyed working here so much, she joined the business as an HR Generalist, passionate to provide all Miele X colleagues with the best employee experience possible.
Yulia
Recruiter
Yuliya began her career in 2014 as a Tech Recruiter in her native Belarus. After moving to the Netherlands in 2018 and developing her skills, she started working with Miele X as an External Talent Partner in 2021. Our values and culture resonated with her, so she joined as a permanent Recruiter in 2023.
Matea
External Communications Manager
Originally from Croatia, Matea has moved to the Netherlands in 2016 to pursue her second master’s degree in economic and consumer psychology. Having worked for international companies like Heineken and Siemens, she has gained valuable experience in the field of marketing, communications and PR. Matea has joined Miele X in April 2022 as External Communications Manager, where she is responsible for employer branding. Besides being passionate about growing the Miele X brand, she also likes to study languages, of which she speaks five.
